Since 1997, Balatonizer has been chewing up decibels at a feeding
frenzy rate. Vulgar-death-grind as described by the band them self
suits the sounds on their first full length 'Occlused In Ottusity'. 3
italian maniacs, accompanied by a drum machine, bring 32 songs (yes!)
and a video clip titled 'Muscular Prevarication'. Grindcore is beyond
the scope of what strickle.com is about, but i gladly make an exception
for Balatonizer. Between vomiting grunts, aborted melodies and battered
skulls there's some heavy rhythms and grooves. You'll need a dictionary
for the track titles and steel nerves to listen from beginning to end,
but it's a nice variation in audio feed for me.
