The Dark Reign label has its base in the U.S. and Balatonizer come from Italy
playing brutal death/grind metal. So, the question is what made a label from
the other side of the Atlantic, where you can find tons of great extreme metal
bands, sign Balatonizer.
Well, if you listen to "Occlussed In Ottusity" then all your questions will be answered!
The sound of the band is characterized by
an accurate and skillful playing, supersonic blastbeats and of course beautiful
ideas. I think that the friends of this music will be really happy to discover
them! The production is excellent and helps you enjoy their album even more.
Finally, I want to make a special note for their booklet which I found extremely
beautiful! Instead of having real gore pictures and the lyrics, like everyone
does, the booklet of "Occlussed In Ottusity" is all painted and gives you the
sense you get when reading a comic book or watch a cartoon on TV. It would be
good the friends of brutal death/grind metal to check them out!!!
